His Grand-dam Emily of Gordon's Fold – Grand Champion Cow at National Western Stock Show around 1993. His Sire Schon Boden's Dylan 2013 NCHCA Reserve Champion Junior Yearling Bull. LSR Orion's daughter GLO Jade won NCHCA Grand Campion Female in 2022, Lazy Vista's Declan won several Grand and 2 Reserve Grand Champion Market Steer divisions including the 2024 National Grand Champion Market Steer title, Lazy Vista's Scarlett and Lilly BOTH took 3rd place at the 2024 National Western Stock Show in Denver. LSR Orion aka Frosty is a heifer-heavy bull with his current statistics showing that 68% of his calves are heifers with an average birth weight of 69 lbs for heifers and 77 lbs for bull calves. Frosty has never disappointed and has improved every cow that he has bred by either improving their feet, fleshing ability, or Scottish appearance! He will turn 9 in November and has never had to see a hoof trimmer! We would keep him forever but we have too many of his daughters coming of age and can not keep 2 mature bulls happy on our property. The next person to buy him is going to be very lucky as we have done all the work on advertising this bull and showing the world how good he really is!
